Job description - Compliance Administrator

White Trees Group provides safe and secure therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services. We cater for young people aged 11-18 years with complex, emotional and behavioural difficulties within a caring and homely environment.

Due to company expansion and internal promotions, we are currently seeking a Compliance Officer to join our extremely busy friendly team. Offering a workplace that provides extensive training, personal development and career opportunities.

We are seeking an individual who has the following qualities and skill set

 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a polite telephone manner

  • Previous Compliance admin experience required

  • Competent user of Word and Excel

  • Ability to multi task whilst maintaining attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritise workload accordingly

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work calmly & methodically  in a fast-paced environment

 

Responsibilities

 

  • General administration duties

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Collecting data and documentation for candidates

  • Request and keep records of employment references

  • Process Enhanced DBS’ for new candidates 

  • Complete a file of compliant documentation

  • Negotiate with candidates to obtain documentation in agreed timescales

  • Data entry and management of candidate details

  • Produce and issue Offer letters and Contracts

  • Liaise with Home Managers and new employees to arrange start dates and shadow shifts

  • Support the Compliance Manager

  • Work towards deadlines to ensure all required paperwork is completed and returned in time to enable a seamless onboarding process

 

Job Types: 

  • Full-time, Permanent

 

Salary

  • £22,000-£25,000 per year

  

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday (9:00am – 17:00pm) & Friday (9:00am – 16:00pm)
